Alegra is a sophomore student at Oakton High School with a passion for science, mathematics, service, and community engagement. She is involved in Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, field hockey, track, Morgan’s Message, and debate. Through her involvement in TunesRUs, she combines her love of music with her commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and underserved communities.

Alegra’s passion for music began with five years of playing violin, from third through eighth grade. She has also participated in volunteer and internship programs, including FCPS programs and the Madeira internship program, where she worked with younger children and children with disabilities. Through these experiences, she hopes to help raise awareness and make music more accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities.
